Rolf Crocker, AMS®, CCAM®
President
Rolf Crocker started his career in Association Management as an on-site Maintenance Manager in 1988. Since then, Rolf has served as an on-site manager, a portfolio manager and VP of Operations for a large Bay Area management company After four years in a variety of capacities with Community Association Banc, he is now a national Vice President of Associa and President of M & C Association Management Services, an Associa member company.

Rolf earned his Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation through the Community Associations Institute in August of 1995, and his Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation through the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) in July of 2001. Rolf is a recent Chapter President for the Bay Area/Central Chapter of CAI and is very involved in the industry as a speaker, trainer and author. His monthly column, "The Book Report," can be read in the HOA Manager NewsLine, published by Adamen, Inc (www.adamen-inc.com). In his spare time, he is a husband, father to five children, and a musician. He is also actively involved as a volunteer for a non-profit organization that work with the homeless and at-risk inner city children in San Francisco, California.

David Ferrill, PCAM®
Senior Association Manager
David has been managing community associations ranging in size from five units to 900 units since 1989. His background in construction brings a unique expertise to the complexity of community maintenance. David has been awarded the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation from the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers.

Valerie Shelton-Segars, CMCA®, AMS®
Senior Association Manager
Valerie has been managing commercial properties, active adult communities, and large scale associations totaling more than 5,500 units since 1996. She has earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation from the National Board of Certifications for Community Association Managers.

Adrianne Bretao, CMCA®, AMS®
Association Manager
Adrianne has been managing commercial properties, active adult communities, and large scale associations since 2002. She has earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation from the National Board of Certifications for Community Association Managers.

Alisa Goulart, CMCA®, AMS®
Senior Association Manager
Alisa has been managing community associations since 2002. She has earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation from the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers. Alisa is also certified as an Association Management Specialist (AMS®) by the Community Associations Institute (CAI).

Cassie Turner, CCAM®, PCAM®
Senior Association Manager
Cassie has been managing community associations for more than 25 years and has been awarded the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) certification from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). In addition, she has earned the California Community Association Manager designation (CCAM®).

Grant Shetron, CMCA®
Vice President
Grant has twelve years of common interest development management experience, serving as a portfolio manager for condominiums, planned unit developments, and commercial associations prior to becoming president of his family-run management firm. In his current capacity, Mr. Shetron is a Vice President for M & C Association Management Services Inc. and responsible for operations of the company's Fremont and Santa Clara branches, while still managing a portfolio of associations and running a small investment property division based at the Fremont office.

Mr. Shetron is a graduate of San Jose State University, holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Economics. He is a licensed real estate agent through the California Department of Real Estate and has successfully earned his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation from the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers.

Jack V. Brandt, CMCA®, AMS®
Senior Association Manager
Jack has been managing common interest developments for the past 19 years. He has earned his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation from the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers.

Biff Geiser, CCAM®, CMCA®
Association Manager
Biff has been managing community associations for two years. He manages a portfolio of condominium associations, single-family homes and planned unit developments. Biff has earned his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation from the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers and the California Community Association Manager (CCAM®) certification.
